Meet the SLP
Teresa Musto is a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist and Literacy Intervention Specialist with over 20 years of experience helping children and adolescents thrive. She provides comprehensive evaluations and individualized therapy sessions that address speech, language, and literacy needs through a neurodiversity-affirming lens.
Teresa is a licensed speech-language pathologist in New York State. She also holds a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) through the American Speech Hearing Association (ASHA) and is a certified Teacher of Students with Speech and Language Disabilities (TSSLD). Most recently, Teresa completed a post-master’s certificate in Educational Neuroscience. She integrates a wide range of evidence-based methods into her practice, including Orton-Gillingham, Visualizing and Verbalizing, CAPDOTS, Acoustic Pioneer, and Theory of Mind.
Grounded in the science of how the brain learns and processes language, Teresa’s approach is strengths-based, responsive, and respectful of each learner’s unique profile. She partners closely with families and educators to create meaningful, personalized goals that support long-term success.
